Frequently Asked Questions

Everything ECHS beneficiaries and army families ask before their first order.

What is ArmySupplier (ECHS Supplier)?

ArmySupplier is a pharmacist-assisted prescription medicine delivery service for ECHS beneficiaries, ex-servicemen and army families in Farrukhabad and nearby districts of Uttar Pradesh, India. You upload a photo of your prescription and ECHS card, a registered pharmacist verifies it and prepares a quote with up to 40% discount, and medicines are delivered free to your home with cash on delivery.

How do ECHS beneficiaries order medicines online?

Sign in with your email or Google account, upload a clear photo of your prescription and ECHS card, and confirm your delivery address. A registered pharmacist reviews the prescription within a few hours and sends a price quote showing every medicine, its MRP and your discount. Approve the quote and your medicines are packed and delivered to your door — you pay cash only on delivery.

Do I need to pay online in advance?

No. There is no advance payment and no online payment required. You approve the quoted price first and pay cash when your medicines arrive at your door (cash on delivery).

Which areas do you deliver medicines to?

We currently serve customers across Uttar Pradesh and continue expanding our delivery network — including Farrukhabad, Fatehgarh (cantonment), Kannauj, Mainpuri, Etah, Etawah, Kasganj, Hardoi, Shahjahanpur, Badaun, Auraiya and Kanpur. Delivery availability for your address is confirmed during order processing.

Is delivery really free?

Yes. Home delivery is free for all orders — there are no delivery charges, and an OTP confirmation at the door keeps the handover secure.

How much discount do ECHS beneficiaries get?

Army families and ECHS beneficiaries get up to 40% discount on medicines. The exact discount per medicine is shown transparently on the quote — MRP, discount percentage and the final price — before you confirm anything.

Is a prescription required to order medicines?

Yes. ArmySupplier is a licensed retail pharmacy operating under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, and every order is personally reviewed by a registered pharmacist. You must upload a valid prescription along with your ECHS card.

How long does medicine delivery take?

A pharmacist typically reviews your prescription within a few hours of upload. Once you approve the quote, medicines are usually packed and dispatched the same day, with live tracking available until they reach your door.
