Return policy
Returns are generally not accepted for medicines and healthcare products. Under drug-safety regulations, medicines that have left the pharmacy cannot be restocked or resold, so change-of-mind returns are not possible. Please review your quote carefully before approving it.
Exceptions
We will replace the item or refund its amount if you receive:
- Damaged products — packaging or contents harmed in transit.
- Broken products — bottles, strips or devices that arrive broken.
- Wrong item delivered — anything different from your approved quote.
- Expired medicines — any item at or past its expiry date.
- Serious quality issues — tampered seals, discolouration or similar defects.
Beyond these, our team can approve exceptional return requests on a case-by-case basis — write to us with the details and photos, and an admin will review your request.
Before dispatch
Nothing is charged before delivery — you approve a quote first and pay cash on delivery. Rejecting a quote or cancelling before dispatch costs nothing.
At the door
Please check the parcel against your quote at handover. If anything is wrong, damaged or missing, you may refuse the affected items and pay only for what you accept.
How to report an issue
Report within 48 hours of delivery with a photo to help@armysupplier.in or via the in-app chat on your order. Cold-chain / special-storage items cannot be returned once handed over unless they fall under the exceptions above.
Refund mode & timing
Approved refunds are settled within 5–7 working days by bank transfer / UPI (orders are cash on delivery, so there is no card to reverse).
