Terms of Service

The service
ArmySupplier (www.armysupplier.in) is a licensed retail pharmacy service that fulfils valid prescriptions for ECHS beneficiaries, ex-servicemen and the general public within our service area. Every order is reviewed by a registered pharmacist, who may decline, substitute (with your approval) or seek clarification on any prescribed item.
Your responsibilities
- Upload genuine, current prescriptions and a valid ECHS card; impersonation or forged documents lead to account termination and may be reported.
- Provide an accurate delivery address and be available (or nominate someone) to receive and pay for the order.
- Use medicines exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
Quotes & payment
Prices, discounts and substitutions are shown on a quote you must explicitly approve before anything is dispatched. Payment is cash on delivery; no advance is collected. A GST invoice accompanies every order.
Cancellations
You may reject a quote at no cost. After approval, contact us immediately — orders not yet dispatched can be cancelled; dispatched orders are governed by the refund policy.
Liability
We are responsible for dispensing the prescribed medicines accurately and storing them correctly until handover. We are not the prescriber: clinical decisions remain with your doctor. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
