What we collect

• Identity & contact: name, email, mobile number, delivery addresses.
• Medical documents: prescription images and your ECHS card, uploaded by you for order fulfilment.
• Order data: medicines quoted and purchased, delivery and payment records (cash on delivery).
• Technical data: device and usage information needed to keep accounts secure.

How we use it

Exclusively to fulfil your orders: pharmacist verification of prescriptions, preparing quotes, delivery, order updates (SMS/WhatsApp/email) and support. We do not sell or rent personal or medical data to anyone.

How we protect it

• Documents are stored in private, encrypted storage; sensitive identifiers (phone, ECHS number) are encrypted at rest.
• Access is restricted to the pharmacist and admin staff who process your order, with audit logging.
• All traffic uses HTTPS; uploads are malware-scanned.

Sharing

Limited data is shared only with the delivery partner (name, phone, address — to deliver your parcel) and as required by law or drug-control regulation.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing help@armysupplier.in. Legal record-keeping obligations for pharmacies may require us to retain certain order records for the statutory period.
